Yet Another Scary Reason to Avoid Internet Explorer - Use Firefox or Get Hacked

This is a follow up to a previous article pointing out the security risk difference between IE and FireFox -  Is Mozilla FireFox (FF) Better Than Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE)

Today an article on the BBC News website makes the same point even further about the risky IE browser, quoting experts that suggest that people switch to another browser (like firefox) before you get a virus:

"Users of Microsoft's Internet Explorer are being urged by experts to switch to a rival until a serious security flaw has been fixed....

Microsoft says it has detected attacks against IE 7.0 but said the "underlying vulnerability" was present in all versions of the browser.

Other browsers, such as Firefox, Opera, Chrome, Safari, are not vulnerable to the flaw Microsoft has identified."

I almost forgot to mention that in mid January the French government joined the German government in banning Internet Explorer all together. It's so risky the whole country is now urged never to use it! Take a hint!
